EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a method of tapping on the body’s energy meridians while focusing on a negative emotion or limiting belief that no longer serves you. Tapping on the meridian points (the same points used in acupuncture) allows the energy to flow throughout the body and calms the nervous system, helping you feel safe enough to relax. As we gently remove the negative emotions or limiting beliefs, we begin adding in more empowering thoughts and beliefs to help make positive changes in your life. This mind-body technique can help with anxiety, stress, fears, traumas, jealousy, cravings, as well as many other limiting beliefs, and much more. 

The focus for this session is on shifting the feelings of Overwhelm.
