What if we found the strength to be loud about the things that are important to us? What would that loud look and feel like? The first step to channeling that loudness is anchoring into silence to hear the whispers of truth, imagination, and change. During today's class, we will use that silence to stir the loudness that lives in each one of us. Expect to explore the emotions that arise when faced with a challenge and also the relief that comes when we figure out we are not alone.

Postures Include: Plank variations with cardiovascular elements, Virabhadrasana (warriors) series with Utkata Konasana (goddess) pose variations, long holds of Eka Pada Rajakapotasana (pigeon) pose and hip flexor release through Utthan Pristhasana (lizard) and Mandukasana (frog) pose.
