Today’s class we are going to explore how “self” care and “collective” care intersect through creating a lifestyle based on values. These care practices reach far beyond “bubble baths and pedicures” and dive deep into what will sustain us personally and collectively on this international highway of humanity. This 45 minute class will use the repetitive sequence of asana to build commitment, consistency, and resilience. Expect challenges through transitions, linking the sequences only to regain your flow. A practice cultivating care no matter what life brings our way!
