In a world that feels heavy at times, it is the little joys in life that bring solace and hope, like the treat of coffee in your favorite mug, a piece of dark chocolate with a cup of tea, a song you love played on repeat, and time on your yoga mat remembering your why. In today's class, we will be discovering the little joys that come from practice — the treat of movement, rest, breath, and stillness. Expect simple sequences, because sometimes it’s the simple things in life that bring the most joy!
