Postures include: block chest opening, sphinx variations, cobra, updog, standing forward fold chest opening, sun salutation A, chair pose, standing side bends, reclined core, lizard, low lunge, runner's lunge, prep for eka pada raja kapotasana, supported bridge or upward facing wheel, hip opener with choice with option to add backbend, forward folds, savasana or meditation.
