We have a universe inside us, but often it transforms into a hurricane. Our mantra? Not today, hurricane. This thoughtful flow is broken into three parts to tackle a racing mind: we begin with movement to meet the mind where it's at, move into held standing poses that start to sync our mind with our body, and end with a held inversion and hip opening postures to flush the final remnants of mental exhaustion.
