We are blessed with a brain that can funnel the many thoughts we have in a day (about 6,000 a day!!). These thoughts can leave us feeling stuck OR we can work on moving them towards our hearts — because our hearts have the amazing ability to hold what is true. What we do with this truth is funneled to our intuition, the moral compass that guides us forward. 

In today's class, we explore the funneled body by starting with stillness to observe our thoughts, then we will move towards heart openers to hear our hearts, and we will end with an intuitive flow to move us forward.

Props: water, sweat towel, blocks if preferred! 



Postures include: 5 variations of cat/cow (Chakravakasana), Warrior 1 (Virabhadrasana 1) series, Locust (Salabhasana) series into Camel (Ustrasana) variations. Crescent lunge vinyasa series into deep supine twists.
