When trying to make a decision, we hear the saying, “Listen to your heart” all the time. As humans, it can be hard to listen to our hearts when our thoughts can be SO loud! Layer that with the loud thoughts of others and our hearts become muffled whispers in a sea of chaotic mind messages. What if we could clear the chaos and create space for those heart centered whispers to come through? Allowing our hearts to be louder than our minds! Well, today’s class we are going to bring our hearts to the frontline and let them lead the way! 

Expect bursts of cardiovascular conditioning mixed with the flow of vinyasa and stillness to calm the body. This class is for anyone with a heart! 

All levels (ALL are welcome!)
45 minutes
Props: water, towel, blocks if preferred! 


Postures include: Cardio Bursts - squat jumps, high knees, skaters, burpees (please keep reading, they are not that bad), mountain climbers, and push ups. (Many Options offered.) Vinyasa - Sun B’s, crescent lunge, warrior 2, warrior retreat, egret, warrior 3, half moon, warrior 2, and peaceful. Longer holds - half butterfly, pigeon, and double pigeon.
