Our Thanksgiving tradition continues with our 3rd Annual "Hot Bird Flow!" Come celebrate gratitude with your Haus in this sweaty, vinyasa flow! This joyful flow will be modifiable for all-levels, encouraging us to explore the definition of gratitude. Expect flowing warriors, heart openers, and plenty of juicy time in our hips.
