Ready for some sweet silence? Calm feelings of holiday overwhelm with this evening practice and gentle flow filled with restorative postures. Pajamas are encouraged, as this class will set you up for a glorious (and hopefully) silent night of slumber.

Props: 1 bolster or a few pillows, 2 blocks
Postures include: reclined twist, reclined hip traction, cat and cow, thoracic rotation, puppy dog, downward facing dog, low lunge variations including psoas, chest, and side release, lizard, side child's pose variation with bolster, reclined twist with bolster, legs-up-the-wall with diamond legs and blocks.
