Inspired by the words of Phoenix Friend David Harshada Wagner, this class will transform the concept of "turning struggle to snuggle" into a physical practice. The first half of this class will build heat, leading up to hanumanasana (splits) and a modified vishvamitrasana. The second half of class will flip those challenges into snuggly modifications of the the postures using the aid of a bolster and blocks. Class ends with 15 minutes of restorative and guided visualization to send our struggles on their way.
