Postures include: Hero (on a block) vinyasa warm-up, sun salutation A + B, humble warrior, simple twist, side plank, warrior ii, wild thing, heron, triangle, half moon, wide leg seated fold, headstand, dolphin, or supported bridge, bridge or upward facing bow, straight leg forward fold, cow face (half, full and reclined), happy baby, savasana.
