Can we meet ourselves at our limit? When we reach our limit, personally and collectively, we have one choice: action. That action depends on the limit. Some limits are made to be pushed, walked away from, repaired, or they require getting involved, asking for help, and resting. Can we feel our limits? Can we respond from a deep knowing that lives inside each one of us? Today's class will explore that space of response through movement and pause. Expect a mixture of challenging core and arm strengthening, with a solid dose of foundational leg isometric holds. ALL balanced out with rest!

Props: water, sweat towel, blocks if prefered! 


Postures Include: Plank series, tricep pushups, Utkatasana series and Virabhadrasana series with lateral movement and goddess pose.
