Here at Haus of Phoenix, we know all about transformation and the slow road it often takes to get there. This practice will start with heat-building movement (gonna stir up a big pot of WATCH OUT!), shaking off old stories and distractions, leading to held, restorative postures aka our beautiful cocoon. Dress comfy and make sure to bring a blanket and bolster!

Postures include: intuitive movement, lateral lunges, sun salutations, low lunge, crescent, split squats, high knees or butt kickers, warrior ii, reverse warrior, side angle, goddess variations, wide legged forward fold, minute boat hold, supported supine twist, supported child's pose, chest-opening savasana.
