One thing I have come to understand is we are always learning. I never want to arrive at a point where I do not crave knowledge and understanding. The one thing that keeps this learning alive is curiosity. Yoga, relationships, lived experience, social change, creativity... all of these beautiful facets of life keep the student alive in each one of us.

I have yet to meet someone who has it "all" figured out. We are all students of life — learning from each other, listening to understand, and creating solutions to the obstacles we face as a collective. Today's class we will celebrate this curiosity through movement. We will move between long holds, strength building, and aerobic conditioning. Come with an open mind. We will ask questions and explore what it feels like to find answers.

All levels (ALL are welcome!)
60 minutes
Props: water, sweat towel, and blocks if preferred

Postures include: malasana, goddess pose, crescent lunge, chatarunga, and plank. (Each sequence will have a focus pose. We will explore that focus pose through isometric holds, strength building, and a cardiovascular kick.)
