Postures include: child's pose, thread-the-needle, cat and cow, mini sun salutation A and B, mini boat and half boat, low lunge, simple twist, modified side plank, baby bakasana, baby flying pigeon, mini warrior i, ii, reverse warrior, side angle, triangle, half moon, revolved 1/2 fish and double pigeon, reclined twist, happy baby, mini melt down, savasana.
