The hip joints consist of the femur (thigh bones) and the pelvis. Hippy Yin was created for anyone with extremely tight hips, especially those who may have a job which requires them to sit for hours in one position. This class is also great if you are looking to strengthen the hip region, while potentially increasing your mobility. Be prepared to move the hip joint in all directions of freedom. 

(Note: please avoid this class is you recently had surgery and/or injury in the hip region.)
