We’ve all had days where our vibe was low, or we're recovering from injury, or we're just feeling tighter than usual. It’s a perfect time for us to get on our mats and adapt the practice to our needs in the moment, instead of what we typically do. Justin will lead you through an all levels vinyasa flow but make modifications for nearly every moment, so we start to get extra ideas on how to make the practice fit for us on those days we need to dial it back a little. This way, we gain the confidence to show up on our mats and make the practice work for our bodies, not the other way around.
