Words wield power, especially when we choose carefully and apply them as soon as the day begins. This AM practice (or whenever you need a refresh!) will use the mantra, "I am energized, I am ready." These two powerful phrases will be attached to each movement and breath, ensuring both our body and minds are ready to meet the day refreshed and ready.
