A sequence of yin poses that targets the outer hips and thighs, where the liver and gallbladder meridians flow. The liver holds the emotions of anger and frustration. When out of balance, these emotions can show up in the body. By releasing tightness in the hips, we'll encourage stagnant chi to move freely and through the liver for detoxification.
