Need a major reset? Yoga to the rescue! This 30 minute practice strikes the perfect chord of brisk flow and held asymmetrical postures to sharpen your focus. Shake off the doldrums and distractions so you can think clearly and feel GOOD. Vinyasas/chaturanga are offered but optional.

Postures include: standing forward fold, sun salutation A, bird dog, cat and cow, knee-to-nose, bear, open leg downward facing dog, triangle, side angle, half moon, chopasana, standing splits, option to handstand, warrior iii, supported bridge, reclined core, reclined twist, single pigeon, seated breathwork.
