With the arrival of November and the shifting into a more thankful mindset, I am excited to offer this class which will focus on deeper, longer held stretches that will incorporate active and passive flexibility. We will use the support of props to help us achieve the deepest of stretches and then focus on breath and mindset to send lots of love and gratitude to our bodies.
