This month, we will be focusing on the back body: hamstrings, glutes, back, ribs, and shoulders! When we have a strong back body, we can experience more space and opening in our front body. As always, we will deep dive into how our pelvic placement affects our movement and accessibility in regards to strengthening and supporting our back body.
