The owl is a famous symbol of wisdom: sacred to Athena, the Greek goddess of wisdom, and as the companion to the goddess Lakshmi. It is also an omen for change and pending transformation. This guided meditation focuses on the spirit of the owl, combining its ability to see what others cannot as a way to cut through illusion and find our true path.
Each meditation ends with a five minute free writing, so a journal or something to write with is encouraged.
