Sometimes we need to just slow things down and take care of our shit. We all love a sweaty, heat pumping vinyasa class but sometimes it’s not the best way to take care of ourselves. Embarking on our yoga journey requires us to frequently explore what we need in the moment to care for ourselves and, in this class, we’re gonna slow things down a bit and enjoy some longer holds and move slower. We’re still gonna flow and feel good but with a curiosity to go deeper with our breath and body.
