Calling all party animals! This is a recovery practice for "the day after" — holidays, celebrations, all-nighters, travel — any event that leaves you waking up thinking WOAH. This class will include loads of gentle twisting and rolling around, eventually getting us into a slow, feel-good, stretchy flow.

Postures include: self neck massage, sinus pressure points, seated side bend, seated twist, eagle arms, cat and cow, puppy dog, thread-the-needle, IT band stretch, standing forward fold, standing pigeon opener, sun salutation A, lizard variations, revolved crescent, crescent, supported bridge, thread-the-needle hips, seated breathwork.
