Join Ashley for a 45 minute flow that will encourage you to get lazy without feeling bad about it. This class is great for those days when you're are not feeling particularly excited to get on your mat (or do anything at all). Here, we will move together in a very chill and relaxed manner. We will also welcome in some affirmations during this practice to further encourage the workaholic in us to take a moment to slow down and breathe. Feel free to journal a bit after or during class. See you on the mat!
