This month's theme is We Are Family, so I'll be breaking down different family groups of postures! First up: the externally rotated postures! This alignment focused flow will include standing postures such as warrior ii, goddess, triangle, pigeon, baddha konasana variations, and more! You can even expect some block work to help fire external rotation in the shoulders!

Postures include: thread-the-needle, reclined big toe B, reclined wide legged fold, cat and cow, reclined serratus work with a block, double clamshells, hip airplanes, sun salutation A, malasana, warrior ii, reverse warrior, goddess, triangle, half moon, open-legged downward facing dog, lizard variation, standing big toe B, tree pose, standing pigeon with option to do flying pigeon, baddha konasana, double pigeon or sukasana, single pigeon, seated finish.
