In it’s simplest sense, Qi is life force flowing through your body, also known as blood energy. It sustains us with it’s flow, keeping our body balanced and properly functioning to live long, healthy lives.
 
This 45 minute, deep, full-body stretch class will assist in releasing stuck Qi (energy) throughout the body. Stagnant energy can show up as stiffness, extreme tightness, or muscle aches, which can lead to our mental and emotional state declining as well; often, the state of the physical body directly links to how we feel emotionally. In the class, we will be moving the body in all directions to find that release.
