This practice is made with love for anyone needing to stay off their arms while still wanting to move. We'll enter all of our standing postures from the front of our mat, creating a sense of foundation, power, and possibility. This practice will build heat, and hopefully, a deep sense of gratitude for what's working. No vinyasas.

Postures include: standing hip rotations, curtsy squat, low lunge with cat and cow, low lunge side bend, runner's lunge, curtsy squat pulses, warrior ii, warrior retreat, standing straight leg hip rotations, reverse warrior, side angle, standing kicks, crescent, warrior iii, camel, wide-legged forward fold, baddha konasana. No savasana offered.
