Our first live Haus of Phoenix practice! This ladder-style flow is inspired by the cyclical nature of the Phoenix, reminding us that change is comprised of many small building blocks. This translates as a practice that builds heat and postures that encourage us to burn, and ultimately — fly!

Postures include: spinal twists, cat + cow with balance options, sun salutation A, lunges, warrior I + humble warrior, warrior ii, side angle, reverse warrior, handstand pikes, wild thing, heron, side plank, bird of paradise, bow, forward folds, hip openers, savasana or comfortable seat.
