Spring has sprung! Come celebrate the energy of rebirth with this fluid, feel-good flow. While this non-stop practice specifically celebrates the Spring Equinox, it can be used anytime you want to acknowledge a "season" of change.

Props: optional symbols for the four elements -- fire (lit candle), water (bowl of water), air (incense, feather, or sacred smoke), and earth (salt, rocks, crystals, or plants)


Postures include: Child's pose, warm-up vinyasa, sun salutation A, sun salutation B, chair with breath of fire, breath of fire in plank or chaturanga, warrior i with folds, low lunge, diver, flamingo, revolved standing big toe variation, warrior iii, revolved half moon, wild thing, rock star, scandasana, knee-to-nose, open hip downward facing dog, crescent pose, seated meditation.
