Good morning! Start your day right with this delicious, space-making flow. The entire class builds toward sun salutation A, with fluid front-to-back lunges, scandasanas, chest openers, and standing forward bends. This is the perfect way to start your day, but can be practiced anytime!

Props: 1-2 blocks, optional strap
Postures include: chest opener on blocks, anahatasana, thread-the-needle, downward facing dog waves, side bend, seated twist, low lunge with chest opener, prasarita padottanasana A-D, scandasana, simple twist, crescent, supported bridge, reclined twist, seated pranayama.
