Summon your inner god(dess) with this practice dedicated to the many iterations of warrior and goddess pose. Powerful breath work combined with fiery postures will challenge the body and cultivate the calm and fierce focuses of a warrior god(dess). Class closes with fallen warrior.

Postures include: ganesha mudra, vinyasa warm up, sun salutation A, sun salutation B, warrior i, humble warrior, goddess, warrior ii and reverse warrior with secret sword mudra, flamingo, warrior iii, advancing and retreating warrior, breath work in goddess, fallen warrior, reclined twists. No savasana offered.
