What ignites the spark of connection which brings people together? A question which forever lives on my heart. We will explore with curiosity how breath and movement — as well as the authentic elements of who we are — have the ability to create a web of congruity rooted in belonging. Connection is a journey; it is constantly evolving, just like our practice. It allows space to learn, share, and get to know ourselves and others.
