This 30 minute class will stop the illusion of perfection in its tracks. We all have fallen for the foolish belief that life needs to be perfect to be enjoyed. This illusion keeps us frozen in our thoughts, actions, and in a constant cycle of not feeling enough. Well, let’s take this time together to break this fooled illusion and discover the realistic beauty that lives in each one of us. It is one of the most revolutionary things we can do! We will play around with getting our heart rate up, and then we'll test our “balance” noticing how the mind fools us into perfection, yet the heart begs for real meaningful connection.
All levels (ALL are welcome!)

Props: water, towel, blocks if preferred!
Postures Include: chair/squat pick ups/tree. Warrior retreat/skaters/half moon. Crescent lunge/plyo lunge/eagle. Plank/mountain climbers/strong arm. Bridge/bicycle crunch/boat pose.
