This month's theme is We Are Family, so I'm breaking down different family groups of postures! This class is Part II — enjoy Part I: The Externals here — but today, we focus on the internally rotated family. Think postures like Sun Salutations, crescent, standing twists, warrior i and iii, bridge, dolphin and more! You'll never look at your inner thighs the same way again!

Postures include: inner thigh work with ball, virasana, gate external and internal arcs, sphinx and updog work with blocks/ball, sun salutation with block/ball, chair with block/ball, low lunge, warrior i, triangle with internal wrap, revolved chair with block/ball, revolved crescent, warrior iii, revolved flamingo, runner's lunge, hanumanasana, bridge with 2 blocks or ball, dolphin with option to invert, window wipers, optional savasana.
