This lesser known goddess is known as: “She who is never not broken." When we are going through breakthroughs, breakdowns, and chaos, she is the goddess to look towards to embrace the moment instead of fight it. Her qualities remind us of the power to be found in our brokenness, our fear, in our loss, and in our anguish. While this may sound like a bummer, it’s quite the opposite. It’s a chance to liberate ourselves from our brokenness and take our power back! So, let’s sit down and learn a little about this incredible goddess and celebrate with some chaotic, liberating Yoga!
