Today, we are igniting the beast mode in each one of us through strength training and short bursts of cardio conditioning. Building strength through lifting weights will help support your joints during your yoga practice. It’s all connected!
This 45-minute strength conditioning class incorporates legs, arms, and abdominal exercises. Lots of options as far as weight bearing and free weight selection. Let’s train together so we can keep showing up strong for life!!
All levels (ALL welcome!)

Props: Free weights of choice, water, sweat towel, block, medium Pilates ball, and resistance band if available but not required.
