Think of this back-to-basics yin class as a great starting point for anyone that is new to the yin yoga practice or as a refresher to the yin veterans! During practice, we will talk through a few fundamental yin postures, pointing out areas of focus, as well as incorporating options to add in props for a specific purpose. Foundation is the most important element to any yoga practice, so let's get back to yin basics!
