Beltane (also known as May Day) marks the midway point between spring equinox and summer solstice. It is commonly celebrated with bonfires, so we will move through a short and fiery flow to stoke our inner flame and the pending warmth of summer. We'll jump right into celebratory movement with swift moving sun salutations, moving into dancing warriors and standing balances.
