Grief comes in many forms. It hits and retreats in waves, often leaving us untethered. I created this sequence for myself a few days after I lost my beloved Ashi, and would like to share this gentle practice for anyone who needs to a gentle space for their heart. Bring a picture or symbol of a lost loved one, if applicable.
