When we hear a whisper inside, one that is anchored into our deep knowing, it is critical we take time to pause and listen. This pause is what bends the whisper into an arch of a roar — bringing the momentum of truth to the surface. This roar takes work and requires pause on the back end as well. Today's class symbolizes this arch: we will start with a pause, pick up momentum as we activate, and will pause as we reflect on where we have been. 

Whisper. Roar. Whisper.

Props: water, towel, blocks if preferred! 


Postures Include: Vinyasa Lunge series, with Warrior retreat, Warrior Advance, strong arm variations. In between sequences the arch will be built through camel and bridge variations. Ending with deep supine stretches.
