Shake off the blues with this energizing flow! Time to move our bodies and bust through that negative default mode with fiery sun salutations, dancing warriors, fluid twists, and a few inversions and arm balances to spice things up.

Postures include: seated side bend, scapula push-ups, downdog hip opening, flip dog, sun salutation A with optional hops, space kitten (core!), sun salutation with chair 'sighs' and warrior I chest opening, warrior I, warrior II, reverse warrior, side angle, dancing warriors, handstand hops, crescent, flamingo, standing big-toe, dancing monkey, revolved half moon, revolved standing big-toe, side crow, bow pose, hip openers, option to meditate or take savasana.
