Postures include: chest opener on blocks, happy baby, cat and cow, puppy dog, downward facing dog variations, sun salutation A, intimidation cobra, wild thing, malasana, crescent, simple twist, side plank option, pike 'claps', lizard variations, runner's lunge, revolved half splits, puppy dog core, supported bridge, thread-the-needle, breath work and option for savasana.
