The holidays are behind us, and now we're left with the "new year hangover." Once the new year hits, we typically love to kick it in to high gear, but we need to make sure we have our intentions set so we can truly succeed in the moments to come. This class is going to slow it down a bit and focus more on longer holds, while setting a clear intention of what we want and where we're trying to go in 2023.
