The holidays: a festive time that can either ignite or extinguish our sparkle. This slow and low flow is here to give us permission to breath, take a break, and remember the people (love you HAUS) and things that bring us joy. We'll open with breath work, move into blended sun and moon salutations, then settle into a glorious legs-up-the-wall. Fa-la-la-la-LAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH.
