Sun salutations are my favorite series of postures to move through when I want to feel invigorated while building space and strength. Hardly a day goes by when I won't move through at least a handful of sun sals, so here's the perfect bite whenever you need it: half-sun salutations, a classic serving of five surya namaskara A and B, followed by a few soothing moon salutations. YUM.
