The Table of Life is a beautifully hard journey personally and collectively which brings much to digest. At times, it can feel like an 'all you can eat' buffet causing anxiety and feelings of overwhelm. How we show up and who we sit with at this table matters. This class explores the tools that support us at the table and how to navigate 'the buffet'.
