Need a little exorcism of the hips? Make space and clear out old emotions with this half and half style practice. The first half of practice will light a fire in your hips with powerful standing holds and a fiery balancing sequence. This creates the physical and mental space to melt into held pigeon and seated postures. Leave the mat feeling like a new person.
